• The winning cocktail will be the welcoming drink for the next party
• The first round was won by our winner of 2018 Margarita over the all time classic Old Fashioned
• The start of the second round we revealed our first mystery entry Bloody Mary that claimed a victory over Martini and moved on to the next round.
• Sounds of copper cups could be heard in the third round with Moscow Mule taking a victory over our second mystery entry Snowcone
• Round number four was won by Daiquiri against Mojito
• Next up is round number five was won by Manhattan over our final mystery entry Agua de Valencia
• The final round for a place in the semi finals was for Piña Colada beating Sex on the Beach

• Margarita was first to secure a place in the finals over Bloody Mary
• Next up was Daiquiri with a victory over Moscow Mule
• The final place in the finals will be determined in this round between Manhattan and Piña Colada

IMPORTANT – FINAL UPDATE (22/3/20)

Final update: The party for my Birthday will indeed be cancelled. It sucks but it is the right thing to do… It will be postponed until after our governments give the ‘all clear’. After which we will organize an even BIGGER party, hopefully all of us can then also celebrate the end of Corona!! 😁 🍺 🍻 (The virus of course, not the beer brand)

CORONA VIRUS UPDATE (14/3/20)

We are planning to update this forum reguraly with the newest information revolving around the 2020 party. In case the party will be cancelled you will receive a seperate notification from us as well on Whatsapp/Messenger which we’ll let you know well in advance.

You probably saw this coming: Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last couple of months, you know that Corona is now a thing. I’ve been getting some questions from some of you lately about how this will impact the 2020 party. So I decided to create a platform to keep you updated and hopefully answer all your questions.

A lot of events are being cancelled left and right, and you probably are getting sick of it (really no pun intended). Since the newly announced precautions by the Dutch government, events that host more than 100 people have to be cancelled, and the 2020 party comes close that number (I know, ‘weird flex but okay’ 🍸 ) . And combined with the fact that this years party there will be quite some international visits as well, this qualifies as an event where risks need to be considered.

Me and members of the organisation are working hard to discuss the situation, and possilbe measures we could take, one of the which being to cancel the party. We follow the news closely and will do our best to keep you updated. But most importantly we would like to hear you. That is why we opened up a poll where you can let us know what you think would be the best decision.

First and foremost we want you to feel comfortable, and have a good time together at this party. That is the goal, and that is what has made these parties really enjoyable.
